Eligibility for Refunds

All Natcha Divinum products are prepared and allocated with intention; as such, discretionary returns are not accepted.
Condition of Returned Products

Refund Assessment & Approval

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the refund is granted due to an error or fault attributable to Natcha Divinum.
